Abstract

Against the backdrop of the manufacturing industry’s intelligent transformation, the mechanical and electronic sector faces challenges including insufficient synergy across value chain segments and delayed value extraction. By establishing AI-driven cross-segment data integration systems, prioritizing high-value segments, and embedding green development principles, the industry achieves coordinated value chain upgrades and deeper value realization. This transformation significantly shortens product development cycles, enhances quality control, reduces energy consumption, and facilitates the shift from “manufacturing” to “smart manufacturing,” ultimately building an efficient, low-carbon value chain ecosystem.
