Intelligent manufacturing has become the core direction of the transformation in the manufacturing
industry. The in-depth integration of artificial intelligence(AI)technology and mechanical and electronic engineering
has driven a fundamental transformation in traditional manufacturing models. Focusing on the practical application of
AI in the mechanical and electronic industry, this paper systematically analyzes the application paths of AI technology
in the perception, control,optimization and other links of mechanical and electronic equipment, and deeply explores
the breakthroughs and industrial value of AI-driven electromechanical systems in precision improvement, energy
consumption reduction, fault early warning and other aspects. Research shows that with the empowerment of AI
technologies such as machine learning and computer vision, mechanical and electronic equipment can achieve
autonomous decision-making and adaptive adjustment, which significantly improves production efficiency and product
quality, providing practical references and data support for the intelligent upgrading of the manufacturing industry.
