Strategies for Enhancing Green Competitiveness in Guizhou’s Industrial Parks Under the Dual Carbon Goals

Abstract

Based on the concept of green competitiveness, this paper elaborates on the significance of enhancing Guizhou's industrial parks’ green competitiveness and analyzes current challenges in energy consumption statistics and clean energy utilization. Considering the development status of Guizhou’s industrial parks and aligning with the policy orientation of “quota-based applications and provincial-level selection,” the study proposes strategic recommendations including optimizing green industrial layouts (such as the “park-in-park” model) and strengthening green technology applications (like carbon capture and resource recycling) to promote the coordinated integration of economic development and low-carbon goals in Guizhou’s industrial parks.
