Abstract

Electric vehicles serve as a crucial means for Henan Province to achieve carbon peaking and carbon neutrality. This study examines Zhengzhou’s electric vehicle service system through field research, expert interviews, and questionnaire surveys. It analyzes the characteristics of the existing service system and identifies four key deficiencies, proposing corresponding improvement measures. This research provides reference for refining electric vehicle service systems across the province and nationwide, bolstering consumer confidence and promoting high quality industry development.
