Abstract

The synergy between forestry ecological construction and biodiversity conservation in nature reserves is the core issue of ecological civilization construction.Currently,the two are facing challenges such as conflicting goals,disjointed measures,management barriers,and technological shortcomings,which constrain the effectiveness of ecological protection.Based on the theory of collaborative governance,this article constructs a four-dimensional collaborative mechanism of“goal technology management benefit”,and provides optimization suggestions from the perspectives of technology,management,and security,providing theoretical and practical references for a win-win situation for both parties.
