Non-Fungibletokens (NFT) play the role of core assets. The work is transformed into a digital formthrough NFT, making it unique in the virtual world. This has become a key means forpeople to seize the lead in the field of digital collection, but also brings unprecedentedproblems to the current legal system. Based on existing NFT digital works and relevant literature, this paper takes the legal framework of Copyright Law of the People’s Reepublic of China as the starting point to analyze the basic conceptual characteristics and current situation of NFTs, aiming to explore the paths for the legal protection of copyright in NFT digital works.
