Abstract

During the 15th Five-Year Plan period, when digital-intelligence technologies permeate every domain, such libraries must take the triadic integration of smart resources, smart services, and smart spaces as their core mission, providing replicable institutional and technological models for digital-intelligence transformation. Research shows that, against this backdrop, the principal technological paradigms for building a future-oriented, vocation-type learning center are the graph-based organization of resources, personalized service delivery, and intelligent spatial interaction.
