Abstract

With the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, generative AI has been increasingly integrated into office environments, significantly transforming traditional work practices. This study examines the application of Deepseek in Microsoft Word as a case study, systematically exploring the advantages, practical challenges, and typical use cases of generative AI in office scenarios. Through in-depth analysis of real-world implementations in text generation, precise information extraction, and human-machine collaboration, the research proposes optimization strategies for future human-machine synergy development in office settings. These insights aim to provide theoretical support and practical references for implementing generative AI in workplace applications.
