This study focuses on the development of the logistics industry in Xinjiang, employing the STWO analysis method to comprehensively examine the driving role of the digital economy, the current status of logistics industry development in Xinjiang, and its internal and external conditions. The findings reveal that the logistics industry in Xinjiang possesses unique geographical and policy advantages, yet it also faces numerous challenges, including inadequate infrastructure and insufficient collaborative capabilities. Based on these insights, the study proposes innovative development pathways, such as building smart logistics hubs, strengthening technological empowerment, promoting industrial upgrading, and establishing a risk resilience system. The aim is to provide practical references for regional industrial upgrading and the high-quality development of hub-driven economies.
