With the development of generative artificial intelligence, numerous infringement issues have emerged in the field of intellectual property. This paper aims to analyze the infringements of copyright, trademark rights and other intellectual property rights caused by generative artificial intelligence, and puts forward several suggestions on the identification of intellectual property infringements, so as to provide effective theoretical references for the future development of artificial intelligence and the protection of intellectual property.
