With the rapid popularization of generative AI, copyright ownership of AI-generated content has become a key issue in intellectual property research. This paper analyzes practical difficulties in copyright ownership from legislative, judicial and academic perspectives, and puts forward rule-building strategies in these three dimensions, so as to improve the legal system and safeguard the sound development of the generative AI industry.
