Abstract

As a transnational mega-science project, the ITER faces notable management complexities due to its multi level governance structure. SWIP has thus built a full-life-cycle hierarchical management system classified by contract types, established three core principles, designed differentiated management models and control points for three contract categories, formed adapted international cooperation implementation paths, and accumulated applicable management paradigms and practical experience for international mega-science projects.
