The upgrading of intelligent technologies has reconstructed the development of the finance and accounting industry, setting new standards for its talent. From the perspectives of teaching objectives, pedagogy, teacher construction and the integration of production and education, this paper analyzes the disconnection between talents training and technology application, and proposes a reform path guided by scientific literacy, intelligent empowerment, double-qualified teachers and collaboration between schools and enterprises. So as to build a new training mode compatible with its requirements and provide high-quality talents.
