(GenAI) is evolving from content generation to solution generation, providing a revolutionary tool for addressing key
challenges in the process of transforming scientific and technological achievements. This paper systematically analyzes
the core capabilities of GenAI, such as intelligent analysis, cross-modal generation, and simulation prediction. Building
on this foundation, it constructs specific application pathways for GenAI across the entire chain of technology transfer:
“evaluation and screening, development and optimization, commercial planning, and market promotion”. By examining
practical application cases, the paper elucidates the practical value of GenAI in this domain, while also discussing current
challenges such as data quality and intellectual property. Finally, it offers prospects for future technology integration,
