Research on the optimization and development path of satellite application industry elements in small and medium-sized cities - taking Meishan City as an example

Abstract

The satellite application industry serves as a bridge connecting space dreams with ground economies, and is a crucial pillar in the construction of a space power. By examining the current status of the global and domestic industries and combining this with the case of Huanti Smart Technology Co., Ltd., this study focuses on the challenges faced by the satellite application industry in Meishan, such as the lack of planning for essential elements, the absence of an ecosystem for enterprises, and the difficulty in transforming technology. It highlights the integration of an effective market and a proactive government, and proposes optimization suggestions from three aspects: constructing a “top-down and bottom-up” planning and organizational system, implementing a dual-wheel drive of “scenario traction + strong and complementary chains”, and laying out a dual-track path of “core technology breakthroughs + business model innovation”. These suggestions provide a reference for the development of the aerospace information industry in small and medium-sized cities.
