Abstract

In the digital and intelligent society, AI technology is deeply embedded in all fields of society, providing impetus for its development. To achieve high-quality development of the ice and snow economy in Heilongjiang, it is necessary to empower with AI technology to transform “cold resources” into “hot economy”. AI empowerment can not only meet the practical needs of the transformation and development of the ice and snow economy, but also maximize the diverse values of the ice and snow economy. However, AI technology has encountered various challenges in empowering the development of the ice and snow economy, which has hindered its high-quality growth. In response to seasonal restrictions, AI can be empowered to promote the integrated development of the ice and snow industry with other industries, thereby fostering an ice and snow economy throughout the year. In response to the scarcity of high-quality talents, AI can be used to empower the cultivation of interdisciplinary talents in ice and snow sports. In response to the trend of homogenization, AI can be empowered to embed regional culture and form unique identifiers. In response to the predicament of copyright protection, AI and blockchain technologies are utilized to enhance copyright protection.
