Abstract

This paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the implementation path and development strategies for the intelligent construction equipment industrial park. In terms of the implementation path, it explores the collaborative relationships in aspects such as industrial layout and spatial distribution, industrial chains and application scenarios, technological breakthroughs and talent-driven development. It also proposes development strategies including accelerating the enrichment of upstream and downstream industries through industrial agglomeration, optimizing the allocation of intelligent construction resources via government-enterprise cooperation, and expediting the transformation of intelligent construction achievements through industrial integration. A practical exploration is carried out with the Wenzhou Intelligent Construction Equipment Industrial Park as a case study
