Abstract

Magnetic eddy current flexible transmission technology holds considerable potential in industrial energy saving, yet its industrialization is constrained by structural factors. Through industrial chain analysis and comparative case studies, this paper identifies three bottlenecks: full working condition data gaps, rigid cost structures, and absence of standard certification. Missing verification data elevates user decision risks, capital constraints are intensified by one-time sales models, and procurement access is blocked by standard vacuums. Four implementation paths are proposed: establishing full life-cycle data assets, innovating revenue securitization mechanisms, and promoting standard-procurement catalog alignmen. Institutional trust reconstruction and cost-sharing innovation can drive the technology from localized verification toward scaled application.
