This study aims to explore the industrialization practice path of the intelligent transformation of elevator inspection and detection, and solve the prominent problems such as low efficiency, strong subjectivity and incomplete hidden danger identification of the traditional inspection mode. Intelligent transformation can achieve multiple benefits such as improving detection efficiency, early warning of faults, and reducing labor costs, and form a diversified industrial ecology such as equipment manufacturing, inspection services, and data operation. The conclusion points out that the promotion of industrialization needs to break through the key bottlenecks such as technology integration, data sharing and standard unification, and build a collaborative promotion mechanism with government guidance, market leadership and multi-party participation, so as to provide practical guidance for the high-quality development of elevator inspection and detection industry.
