Large-scale deployment of the Industrial Internet reshapes the technical and organizational paradigms of manufacturing industries. Digital transformation has become an inevitable path for manufacturers to boost core competitiveness, and the matching degree between talent competencies and transformation demands directly determines the effectiveness of industrial upgrading. Focusing on the new demands for talent capacity enabled by industrial Internet in the digital transformation of manufacturing, this paper systematically identifies the root causes of structural misalignment in the current talent supply side, and constructs an optimization framework for talent capacity matching from three dimensions: precise demand profiling, systematic cultivation paths, and dynamic matching mechanism, so as to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the construction of talent support system for the digital transformation of manufacturing industry.
