The financialization of data intellectual property has emerged as a highly promising solution. By innovating models such as establishing data intellectual property pledge financing and conducting data intellectual property securitization, the value of data intellectual property can be activated, providing ample funding for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. However, this process also faces numerous risks, such as inaccurate valuation of data intellectual property and market fluctuations. Based on this, a series of targeted risk prevention and control strategies have been proposed. The implementation of these strategies can effectively reduce risks in the financialization of data intellectual property, ensuring the smooth progress of scientific and technological achievement transformation.
