Smart fire protection technology is at a critical window period for transitioning from laboratory innovation to industrial large-scale application; however, its industrialization path still lacks systematic research. Taking fire prevention supervision in high-rise buildings as the entry point, this paper systematically analyzes the technology transfer and transformation path of smart fire protection technology from the perspective of the entire industrialization chain, providing a path reference for the industrialization and transformation of scientific and technological achievements in the fire protection field and related public safety fields.
