采用耦合协调度模型评估科技经济融合水平,结合社会网络分析呈现创新主体协作关系,系统剖析
我国科技经济融合现状与核心痛点,构建“政策—市场—社会”三重驱动机制,提出东部创新高地、中
西部追赶地区、东北老工业基地差异化实施路径。研究表明,我国科技经济融合基础逐步夯实,但区域
失衡、要素流动受阻、成果转化低效等问题突出,差异化路径可精准破解各地发展瓶颈,为经济社会高
质量发展提供实践指引。
Using the coupling coordination degree model to evaluate the level of integration between science and
technology and the economy, combined with social network analysis to present the collaborative relationships among
innovation entities, this study systematically analyzes the current status and core pain points of the integration of science
and technology and the economy in China. It constructs a “policy-market-society” triple-driven mechanism and proposes
differentiated implementation paths for the eastern innovation highlands, the central and western catching-up regions,
and the northeast old industrial base. The research shows that the foundation of the integration of science and technology
and the economy in China is gradually solidifying, but issues such as regional imbalance, hindered factor flow, and
inefficient achievement transformation are prominent. The differentiated paths can precisely address development
bottlenecks in various regions and provide practical guidance for high-quality economic and social development.
