冰雪产业经济创新发展需要改革驱动，底层逻辑是产业赋能，赋能激发传统产业新的发展活力，数字化是推动产业创新的新动力源。研究构建了冰雪产业经济发展数字化创新模型，回归结果显示，主体因素、人才因素、生态因素均对吉林省冰雪产业经济发展有正向影响。因此，本研究提出激发冰雪经济多元主体的发展活力，强化冰雪经济数字化人才培育，以数字化应用推动多业态模式构建，改善吉林省冰雪产业经济发展动力。

The innovative development of the ice-snow industry economy requires reform-driven impetus, with its underlying logic rooted in industrial empowerment that stimulates new development vitality of traditional industries. Digitalization serves as a new power source for promoting industrial innovation. This study constructs a digital innovation model for the development of the ice-snow industry economy. Regression results show that subject factors, talent factors and ecological factors all exert a positive impact on the development of Jilin Province’s ice snow industry economy. Finally, the paper puts forward suggestions including stimulating the development vitality of multiple subjects in the ice-snow economy, strengthening the cultivation of digital talents for the ice-snow economy, promoting the construction of a multi-format model through digital applications, and enhancing the development dynamics of Jilin Province’s ice-snow industry economy.
