在发展数字供应链成为国家级贸易发展战略目标的背景下,人工智能技术已成为助推供应链数智化转型升级的重要驱动力。本文系统性探讨了人工智能技术在驱动供应链数智化转型中的应用价值,具体体现为效率综合提升、网络协同水平提高与韧性增强效应。研究发现,技术基础薄弱、安全责任主体缺失以及复合型人才短缺等问题,制约了人工智能技术的驱动效能。通过政府、企业与高校的多方协同,从完善财政与法律支撑体系、深化数据安全与协同治理、推进复合型人才培养三条路径共同发力,能够推动人工智能技术在供应链数智化转型中充分释放驱动潜能。
Artificial intelligence (AI) technology has played a pivotal role in upgrading of supply chains. This
paper investigates the application value of AI: the enhancement of efficiency, network, and resilience effects.
Underdeveloped technical foundations, suboptimal data quality and the lack of security accountability entities have
constrained the driving efficacy of AI. The study reveals that multi-stakeholder collaboration, refining the fiscal
support, deepening data security, and promoting innovations in interdisciplinary talent cultivation could be the
driving potential of AI in the digital and intelligent transformation of supply chains.
