在AIGC技术快速发展的背景下，其内容创作的法律治理已成为关键议题。本文基于AIGC的技术原理与应用现状，结合著作权法、侵权责任与平台合规机制，系统分析了AIGC内容生成面临的法律挑战，重点关注著作权归属、原创性认定、平台责任及侵权主体划分等问题。结合国内外政策实践，本文提出了涵盖技术合规监管、著作权保护与平台治理的法律路径建议。

Against the backdrop of the rapid advancement of AIGC technology, the legal governance of its content creation has become a critical issue. This paper, based on the technical principles and current applications of AIGC, systematically analyzes the legal challenges faced in AIGC content generation by integrating copyright law, infringement liability, and platform compliance mechanisms. It focuses particularly on issues such as copyright ownership, originality determination, platform responsibility, and the delineation of infringing parties. Drawing from policy practices both domestically and internationally, the paper proposes legal pathway recommendations encompassing technical compliance oversight, copyright protection, and platform governance.
