摘要

绿色转型视域下,气动试验空压机组的技术升级面临核心技术突破与市场竞争的双重考验,知识产权战略构成其技术创新的主要驱动力。本文核心主张在于:构建兼具精准化与前瞻性的知识产权战略,可切实统筹协调试验设备压缩机组的技术研发、成果保护与转化进程,助力攻克绿色低碳技术梗阻。立足这一认知,从专利布局优化、知识产权风险防控、成果转化机制构建三大维度,结合实证数据与典型案例剖析知识产权战略与技术创新的协同逻辑,厘清绿色技术导向下试验设备压缩机组的创新方向与实施路径,为设备绿色性能提升、行业核心竞争力增强提供知识产权层面的坚实保障。

Abstract

In the context of global green transition, the technological upgrading of test equipment compressor units is confronted with the dual challenges of core technology breakthroughs and market competition, and the intellectual property strategy has become the core driving force for their technological innovation. The core argument of this paper is that constructing an intellectual property strategy that is both precise and forward-looking can effectively coordinate and integrate the processes of technological R&D, achievement protection and transformation of test equipment compressor units, helping to break through the bottlenecks in green and low-carbon technologies. Based on this understanding, from the three dimensions of patent layout optimization, intellectual property risk prevention and control, and achievement transformation mechanism construction, this paper analyzes the collaborative logic between intellectual property strategy and technological innovation,clarifies the innovation direction and implementation path of test equipment compressor units under the guidance of green technology, and provides solid intellectual property support for improving the green performance of equipment and enhancing the core competitiveness of the industry.
