随着“冰天雪地也是金山银山”理念的提出,冰雪旅游数字化融合成为经济新动力,但仍需解决政策协同不足、产品同质化问题,探索数字技术赋能路径。本研究基于2015—2023年全国30个省级行政区的面板数据,以百度指数网络关注度为核心指标,通过双向固定效应模型和中介效应模型,系统分析数字技术对冰雪旅游经济发展的影响机制。研究发现:第一,数字技术显著促进冰雪旅游经济发展提升,其影响系数在1%水平上正向显著;第二,互联网普及率在数字技术与冰雪旅游经济发展间发挥显著中介作用;第三,区域异质性分析显示,东部地区因技术基础完善,数字技术对冰雪旅游经济发展呈现的正向影响较为显著,对中部地区呈现负向影响。
With the proposition of the concept that “ice and snow are as valuable as gold and silver mountains,” the digital
integration of ice and snow tourism has emerged as a new driver of economic growth. Nevertheless, challenges persist,
including inadequate policy coordination and product homogenization, necessitating exploration into pathways for digital
technology empowerment. Based on panel data from 30 provincial-level regions in China spanning 2015 to 2023, this study
employs Baidu Index network attention as a core indicator and utilizes two-way fixed effects models and mediation effect
models to systematically analyze the impact mechanism of digital technology on the economic development of ice and
snow tourism. The findings reveal: First, digital technology significantly promotes the economic development of ice and
snow tourism, with its impact coefficient being positively significant at the 1% level. Second, internet penetration rate plays
a significant mediating role between digital technology and the economic development of ice and snow tourism. Third,
regional heterogeneity analysis indicates that the positive impact of digital technology on the economic development of ice
and snow tourism is most pronounced in the eastern region due to its robust technological infrastructure, while it exhibits
a negative impact in the central region.
