在国家深化现代职业教育体系建设背景下，深化产教融合是高职教育高质量发展核心引擎。本研究基于创新生态系统理论，审视高职院校产教融合在主体协同、动力机制与要素融合等方面困境。研究提出，从构建“政—行—企—校”命运共同体、创新“共治共享”长效运行机制、打造“数字赋能”融合平台等进行机制创新，再通过“精准对接、平台构筑、教学变革、评价牵引”四位一体路径实施，以推动产教融合走向深度共生，为培养高素质技术技能人才提供系统方案。

Against the backdrop of China's national drive to deepen the modern vocational education system, the integration of industry and education has become the core engine for the high-quality development of higher vocational education. Grounded in innovation ecosystem theory, this study examines the challenges in industry education integration at higher vocational colleges, particularly in areas such as stakeholder collaboration, incentive mechanisms, and resource integration. The research proposes mechanism innovations, including building a “government-industry-enterprise-school” community of shared destiny, establishing a long-term “co-governance and shared benefits” operational mechanism, and creating a “digital empowerment” integration platform. These innovations will be implemented through a four-pronged approach—precision alignment, platform construction, teaching reform, and evaluation-driven guidance—to foster deep symbiosis in industry-education integration. This systematic solution aims to cultivate highly skilled technical professionals.
