产教融合共同体是职业教育对接产业发展的重要载体,数智化技术为突破其运行瓶颈提供了核心驱动力。本文以全国现代港口物流产教融合共同体为载体,剖析产教融合共同体在资源整合、主体协同、利益分配等方面的现实困境,探究数智化技术对共同体运行机制的赋能逻辑,并从技术架构搭建、协同机制重构、利益生态优化等维度提出优化策略,为产教融合共同体的高效运转与可持续发展提供实践参考。
The industry-education integration community serves as a crucial platform for aligning vocational
education with industrial development, while digital and intelligent technologies provide a core driving force for
overcoming its operational bottlenecks.Taking the National Modern Port Logistics Industry-Education Integration
Community as a case, this paper analyzes the practical challenges faced by such communities in resource integration,
stakeholder coordination, and benefit distribution. It further explores the enabling logic of digital and intelligent
technologies on the operational mechanism of the community, and proposes optimization strategies from the
dimensions of technological architecture construction, collaborative mechanism reconstruction, and benefit
ecosystem improvement. This study aims to provide practical references for the efficient operation and sustainable
development of industry-education integration communities.
