在数字赋能教育的时代驱动下,如何培养兼具商业思维与数字素养的复合人才,是突破传统商科边界,建设新商科的核心指向,更是数字经济人才为适应社会发展而重构知识体系的客观需要。本文从数字经济人才的特点及所需具备的知识体系入手,在分析学生、教师、学校三维度现实困境的基础上构建“四链条”人才培养模式及路径:学科交叉-产教融合-教学创新-多方协同,最后提出构建多方主体参与的培养体系、强化专业建设、深化产教融合、搭建信息平台等相关政策建议。
Driven by the era of digital empowerment education, how to cultivate compound talents with both business
thinking and digital literacy is the core direction of breaking through the boundaries of traditional business and
building new business, and it is also the objective need for digital economy talents to reconstruct their knowledge
system to adapt to social development. Starting from the characteristics of digital economy talents and the knowledge
system required, this paper constructs a “four-chain” talent training model and path based on the analysis of the
three-dimensional practical dilemmas of students, teachers and schools: interdisciplinary - integration of industry and
education - teaching innovation - multi-party collaboration, and finally puts forward relevant policy suggestions such
as building a training system with the participation of multiple subjects, strengthening professional construction,
deepening the integration of industry and education, and building an information platform.
