才培养在应对数字经济带来的挑战时出现适应性不足、协同缺失、评价滞后等问题,提出了以产业需求
为牵引,绘制科技应用型人才发展路线图、构建“政—校—行—企”协同开放式人才培养生态、打造“前
沿技术+职业场景”融合的数字化成长平台、建立以科技能力成长为框架的动态化评价等创新策略,以
期打造科技应用型人才培养的新生态。
In order to unleash the functional value of technology talents in driving the development of the digital
economy and industrial innovation, this study proposes innovative strategies such as drawing a roadmap for
the development of technology application-oriented talents, constructing a collaborative open talent cultivation
ecosystem of “government school industry enterprise”, creating a digital growth platform integrating “cutting-edge
technology+career scenarios”, and establishing a dynamic evaluation framework based on the growth of technology
capabilities to address the challenges brought by the digital economy in the current traditional technology application
oriented talent cultivation. These strategies aim to create a new ecology for the cultivation of technology application
oriented talents, guided by industry demand.
