文章通过分析传统高等教育体系与当前地区经济建设人才需求之间的矛盾，总结了大学在地区发展中的作用，强调指出应用型高校应通过产学研合作、本地化技术研发与人才培养来强化服务地方经济需求的教育模式。并结合吉林省农业发展的具体需求，提出了地方农业院校应致力于培养具备实践能力、同时能够适应本土环境、进行技术推广的复合型人才。旨在为吉林省地区人才培养与经济协同发展提供理论依据与实施路径。

This study examines the discrepancy between the traditional higher education system and the current demand for talent in regional economic development. It reviews the role of universities in regional growth and emphasizes that application-oriented institutions should strengthen their educational models via industry-university research collaboration, localized technology development, and talent cultivation to better serve local economic needs. By integrating the specific agricultural development requirements of Jilin Province, this paper proposes that local agricultural universities should focus on cultivating versatile talents who possess practical skills, adapt to local conditions, and contribute to technology extension. The study aims to provide a theoretical basis and implementation pathway for synergistic development between talent cultivation and the economy in Jilin Province.
