在建设知识产权强国的大背景下，国家、省、市持续推进知识产权全链条保护，维护公平有序的市场竞争秩序。本文以吕梁市为例，对企业专利侵权纠纷的问题和原因展开了梳理，建议企业在生产经营过程中强化知识产权保护、完善风险防范机制，并对保护路径进行了解析。

Against the backdrop of building a strong intellectual property nation, China's central, provincial, and municipal governments have been advancing comprehensive intellectual property protection across the entire value chain to maintain a fair and orderly market competition environment. Taking Lüliang City as a case study, this paper systematically analyzes the issues and root causes of corporate patent infringement disputes. It proposes that enterprises should strengthen intellectual property protection during production and operations, improve risk prevention mechanisms, and provides actionable strategies for effective protection.
