以无锡市人工智能领域预审专利为研究对象,构建了涉及技术、法律、市场三个维度、包含18项三级指标的专利价值评估体系,并分别采用层次分析法、熵权法和主成分分析法计算指标权重,开展模型对比分析。结果表明,熵权法准确率达95.33%,在高价值专利筛选中表现最优,能够在预审阶段实现快速筛选与转化推荐,助力无锡打造高质量创造、高效率审查、高价值转化的知识产权生态,推动人工智能产业集群创新发展。
Taking the pre-examination patents in the field of artificial intelligence in Wuxi as the research object, a
patent value assessment system involving three dimensions of technology, law and market and containing 18 three
level indicators is constructed. The analytic hierarchy process, entropy weight method and principal component
analysis method were respectively adopted to calculate the index weights, and model comparative analysis is carried
out. The results show that the entropy weight method has an accuracy rate of 95.33%, performing the best in the
screening of high-value patents. It can achieve rapid screening and transformation recommendation in the pre
examination stage, helping Wuxi build an intellectual property ecosystem featuring high-quality creation, high
efficiency examination, and high-value transformation, and promoting the innovative development of the artificial
intelligence industrial cluster.
