摘要

生成式人工智能作为新一代数字技术的核心代表,正从内容生成向解决方案生成演进,为破解科技成果转化过程中的关键难题提供了革命性工具。本文系统分析了生成式人工智能在智能解析、跨模态生成、模拟预测等方面的核心能力,并以此为基础,构建了其在科技成果转化“评估筛选—开发优化—商业策划—市场推广”全链条中的具体应用路径。文章结合实际应用案例,阐述了生成式人工智能技术在科技成果 化中实践价值,同时探讨了当前面临的数据质量、知识产权等挑战。最后,对未来技术融合、生态构建与治理完善提出了展望,以期为我国数字技术与实体经济深度融合、提升科技成果转化效能提供参考。

Abstract

As a core representative of the new generation of digital technologies, Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) is evolving from content generation to solution generation, providing a revolutionary tool for addressing key challenges in the process of transforming scientific and technological achievements. This paper systematically analyzes the core capabilities of GenAI, such as intelligent analysis, cross-modal generation, and simulation prediction. Building on this foundation, it constructs specific application pathways for GenAI across the entire chain of technology transfer: “evaluation and screening, development and optimization, commercial planning, and market promotion”. By examining practical application cases, the paper elucidates the practical value of GenAI in this domain, while also discussing current challenges such as data quality and intellectual property. Finally, it offers prospects for future technology integration, ecosystem development, and governance refinement, aiming to provide a reference for deepening the integration of digital technology with the real economy in China and enhancing the efficiency of technology transfer.
