新质生产力是推动教育、科技与人才三大强国建设的关键所在,其典型特征表现为技术密集、效
率优先和品质卓越。在此形势下,现代产业学院作为连接教育体系、人才培养、产业需求与创新资源的
核心平台,凭借其产教协同的育人模式,在高水平技能人才输出、科技成果转化与产业升级等方面扮演
着不可或缺的角色。正因如此,从新质生产力的视角,深入探讨应用型高校现代产业学院的机制构建与
发展路径,在具有重要的理论价值的同时,也为实践提供了明确的指导方向。本研究通过探讨共建 “双
导师制” 师资队伍、打造校内产学研创新平台、构建数字化课程体系、拓展社会服务功能等实践路径,
形成了“课程实验—项目实践—学科竞赛”三位一体的培养模式。该模式有效增强培养人才的综合素质
与产业需求的匹配度,旨在为高校培育新质生产力提供重要的参考与发展思路。
Innovative productivity is the key to promoting the construction of the three major powers of education,
technology, and talent. Its typical characteristics are technology-intensive, efficiency-first, and excellent quality. Under
this situation, modern industrial colleges, as the core platform connecting the education system, talent cultivation,
industrial needs, and innovation resources, play an indispensable role in high-level skilled talent output, technology
achievement transformation, and industrial upgrading, relying on their industry-education collaborative education
model. Therefore, from the perspective of innovative productivity, an in-depth exploration of the mechanism
construction and development path of modern industrial colleges in application-oriented universities has important
theoretical value and provides clear guidance for practice. This study explores practical paths such as jointly building
a “dual-mentor system” teaching team, creating an on-campus industry-university-research innovation platform,
constructing a digital curriculum system, and expanding social service functions, forming a three-in-one training
model of “course experiment-project practice-discipline competition”. This model effectively enhances the matching
degree between the comprehensive quality of talent cultivation and industrial needs, aiming to provide important
reference and development ideas for universities to cultivate innovative productivity.
