在全球产业变革与我国经济转型升级的背景下，推动区域特色产业创新发展对提升地方经济竞争力具有重要意义。本文聚焦福建省南安市机械装备产业（涵盖阀门和消防领域），深入剖析其产业基础与面临挑战，识别在工程机械核心部件、石材陶瓷机械等领域的优势短板，提出以智能化、高端化为导向的升级路径。通过分析最新产业实践案例，从企业培育、技术创新、平台建设等维度构建系统发展方案，以期为南安市打造先进装备制造集群提供决策参考，也为同类地区产业转型提供实践启示。

Against the backdrop of global industrial transformation and China’s economic restructuring, promoting the innovation and development of regional characteristic industries is of great significance for enhancing local economic competitiveness. This study focuses on the mechanical equipment industry (including valves and fire protection) in Nan’an City, Fujian Province, conducting an in-depth analysis of its industrial foundation and challenges. It identifies strengths and weaknesses in key areas such as engineering machinery core components and stone/ceramic machinery. A development path oriented toward intelligent and high-end advancement is proposed. By analyzing the latest industrial practices and cases, a systematic development plan is constructed from dimensions including enterprise cultivation, technological innovation, and platform building. The aim is to provide decision making references for building an advanced equipment manufacturing cluster in Nan’an City, while also offering practical insights for industrial transformation in similar regions.
