摘要

数字经济时代,企业数字化转型已非可选而是必由之路,其与产业协同发展的深度融合构成产业升级的核心驱动力。本文立足数字技术赋能产业发展的时代背景,先剖析企业数字化转型与产业协同发展的内在逻辑与战略重要性;再聚焦实践场景中二者融合进程中的核心梗阻,包括协同机制缺失、数字基础设施失衡、数据要素流通不畅等关键问题;最后从机制构建、设施升级、要素激活、生态培育四个维度,提出具有针对性的发展路径。研究旨在厘清二者融合发展的内在规律,为企业高效推进数字化转型、提升产业协同效能提供理论参考与实践指引。

Abstract

In the era of digital economy, the digital transformation of enterprises is no longer optional but a necessary path, and its deep integration with the coordinated development of industries constitutes the core driving force for industrial upgrading. This article is based on the era background of digital technology empowering industrial development, and first analyzes the inherent logic and strategic importance of enterprise digital transformation and industrial coordinated development; Re focus on the core obstacles in the integration process of the two in practical scenarios, including the lack of collaborative mechanisms, imbalanced digital infrastructure, and poor flow of data elements; Finally, targeted development paths are proposed from four dimensions: mechanism construction, facility upgrading, factor activation, and ecological cultivation. The research aims to clarify the inherent laws of the integrated development of the two, and provide theoretical references and practical guidance for enterprises to efficiently promote digital transformation and enhance industrial synergy.
