为探究如何构建适应数字经济规律的知识产权合规管理新模式，本文将综合运用制度分析与比较研究方法，系统梳理数字经济环境下知识产权合规管理的现实困境，并提出“嵌入式合规”理论框架。认为应从企业、行业、政府、技术四个层面协同构建知识产权合规管理新模式，以“嵌入式合规”理念贯穿各层面联动机制，推动创新激励与权利保护的动态平衡。

In order to explore how to construct a new model of intellectual property compliance management that adapts to the laws of the digital economy, this article will comprehensively use institutional analysis and comparative research methods to systematically sort out the practical difficulties of intellectual property compliance management in the digital economy environment, and propose the theoretical framework of “embedded compliance”. It is believed that a new model of intellectual property compliance management should be collaboratively constructed from four levels: enterprises, industries, governments, and technologies. The concept of “embedded compliance”should be integrated into the linkage mechanism at all levels to promote a dynamic balance between innovation incentives and rights protection.
