资源型产业创新驱动转型离不开知识产权战略升级。本文以宜昌磷化工产业集群为研究对象，梳理其产业转型中的知识产权需求演化，剖析产业知识产权发展的结构性短板，由此提出磷化工产业知识产权战略转型的优化路径，为区域磷化工产业集群转型升级提供可参考的知识产权发展方案。

The innovation-driven transformation of resource-based industries cannot be separated from the upgrading of intellectual property strategies. This paper takes the Yichang phosphorus chemical industry cluster as the research object, examines the evolution of intellectual property needs in its industrial transformation, analyzes the structural shortcomings in the development of industrial intellectual property, and proposes an optimized path for the strategic transformation of intellectual property in the phosphorus chemical industry. It provides a reference intellectual property development plan for the transformation and upgrading of regional phosphorus chemical industry clusters.
