本文围绕科技项目管理与知识产权创新协同融合展开研究，重点分析项目管理过程中的创新导向、产权保护体系中的权利边界以及成果转化链条中的价值实现，研究认为，将知识产权管理嵌入科技项目全过程，有助于提升研发方向精准度、强化成果权属稳定性、增强科技成果转化承接能力，为科技项目管理提质和知识产权价值释放提供制度支撑。

This paper conducts research on the collaborative integration of science and technology project management and intellectual property innovation. It focuses on the innovation orientation in the project management process, the boundaries of rights within the intellectual property protection system, and the realization of value in the achievement transformation chain. The study argues that embedding intellectual property management into the entire process of science and technology projects helps improve the precision of research and development directions, strengthen the stability of achievement ownership, and enhance the capacity for undertaking the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. It also provides institutional support for improving the quality of science and technology project management and releasing the value of intellectual property.
