本文基于新质生产力的核心内涵与特征，深入剖析其赋能乡村产业数字化转型的内在逻辑，系统梳理当前面临的新型基础设施薄弱、数据要素价值释放不畅、数字鸿沟明显及人才支撑不足等突出挑战，并从技术底座构建、数据要素激活、新型主体培育、制度供给优化和产业融合深化五个维度，提出具有针对性的实践路径，旨在为推动乡村产业数字化转型、实现乡村振兴提供实践指引。

Building on the core connotations and characteristics of new quality productivity, this study conducts an in depth analysis of its intrinsic logic in empowering digital transformation of rural industries. It systematically identifies key challenges including underdeveloped new infrastructure, limited value realization of data elements, pronounced digital divide, and insufficient talent support. From five dimensions—technological infrastructure development, data element activation, cultivation of new stakeholders, institutional supply optimization, and industrial integration deepening—the research proposes targeted practical pathways. These insights aim to provide actionable guidance for advancing digital transformation of rural industries and achieving rural revitalization.
