产业政策的系统性调整对技术成果转化提出了新的制度要求，供需匹配效率成为决定转化成效的核心变量。本文聚焦产业政策导向下技术成果转化供需匹配问题，从产业政策对供给方向的重塑作用、市场需求的牵引效应阐释内在逻辑，在此基础上剖析当前存在的突出问题，进而提出优化路径，以期为提升技术成果转化供需匹配效率提供参考。

Systemic recalibration of industrial policy has imposed new institutional demands on technology transfer, rendering supply–demand alignment efficiency the pivotal variable governing conversion outcomes. Against this backdrop, the present study zeroes in on supply–demand matching in technology transfer under policy guidance.It unpacks the underlying logic from two angles: the reshaping of supply orientation by industrial policy and the pull effect exerted by market demand. On this analytical basis, the paper dissects the salient problems currently at play and, in turn, proposes optimization pathways, aiming to furnish reference points for improving supply–demand matching efficiency in technology transfer.
