通过构建四维效应评估体系，对南阳科技金融投入和产出水平进行效能分析。研究发现，南阳科技金融赋能机制初步成型，但存在创新产出效率不高、龙头企业规模偏小、区域发展分化等问题。面向“十五五”时期，南阳应加强多层次科技金融供给，强化创新主体培育，推动区域协调发展，增强科技金融对战略性新兴产业的赋能效应。

By constructing a four-dimensional effect evaluation system, an efficiency analysis is conducted on the input and output levels of Nanyang’s science and technology finance. Research has found that the empowerment mechanism of science and technology finance in Nanyang has initially taken shape, but there are problems such as low innovation output efficiency, small scale of leading enterprises, and regional development differentiation. Facing the “15th Five Year Plan” period, Nanyang should strengthen multi-level supply of science and technology finance, cultivate innovative entities, promote regional coordinated development, and enhance the empowering effect of science and technology finance on strategic emerging industries.
