This study analyzes the current research status and existing issues in logistics cost management among domestic and international enterprises, summarizing the composition and influencing factors of logistics costs. Leveraging the foundation of “Internet plus,” this research conducts an analysis and study on enterprise logistics costs by optimizing the supply chain model for Company YX. It proposes optimized supply chain logistics models based on activity-based cost indicators and joint distribution, designing four optimization strategies: logistics cost control at nodes, optimized transportation routes, management pathways, and supply chain coordination. The optimization and implementation focus on logistics transportation routes. This provides a reference for other enterprises in managing logistics costs. 

Human resource management serves as the core backbone of enterprise development, playing a pivotal role in enhancing organizational effectiveness. This paper aims to delve into the intrinsic correlation and optimization pathways between performance evaluation and incentive mechanisms within enterprise human resource management. By analyzing the consistency of their objectives, dynamic feedback loops, and strategic transmission effects, it dissects prevalent issues such as indicator disconnection and feedback deficiency. Subsequently, it proposes optimization measures, including anchoring strategic decoding indicators and constructing a dynamic feedback mechanism. The study reveals that the synergistic operation of the two can achieve resonance between enterprise and employee development, leading to the conclusion that enhancing their effectiveness requires strategic anchoring, dynamic feedback, equitable alignment, and digital empowerment.

Taking China Telecom as a case study, this paper analyzes the development logic and effects of its “second curve” business under the strategy of “Cloudification and Digital Transformation.” The study finds that the evolution of this business is the result of the combined effects of endogenous performance pressure, external institutional guidance, and technological paradigm shifts. In terms of value creation, the second curve business has altered the enterprise’s operational characteristics: financially, the increased proportion of industrial digitalization revenue has optimized the revenue structure and cash flow status; operationally, the application of technologies such as AI has reduced marginal costs and improved resource allocation efficiency; and in governance, the security architecture of cloud-network integration has enhanced the enterprise’s risk defense capabilities. The study indicates that large state-owned enterprises can achieve business transformation through strategic response and resource restructuring, providing a reference for the digital development of traditional industries.

Big data technology provides new opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)to improve f inancial management efficiency, but the lack of adaptability between the two has become a core bottleneck. Focusing on this issue, this paper analyzes its specific manifestations in three aspects:poor connection between financial data and big data technology,insufficient compatibility between traditional management and control models and big data applications,and mismatch between the capabilities of financial personnel and empowerment needs. Based on this, it proposes specific and implementable paths from three dimensions—establishing a unified data standard system,optimizing the financial management and control framework, and building a hierarchical practical training mechanism—to provide practical reference for SMEs to enhance financial management efficiency with the help of big data.

The contracts of major investment projects in Shanghai’s science and technology service industry exhibit characteristics such as high complexity, multiple participants, and long cycles. The traditional management model has obvious deficiencies in terms of the controllability of contract performance and process supervision. This article focuses on four key links: contract signing, execution, supervision, and risk control. It systematically sorts out the embedding mechanism of blockchain technology in contract management and proposes path solutions such as node collaborative signing, smart contract template library, full life cycle supervision platform, and on-chain early warning model, with the aim of providing practical references for improving the efficiency of major investment project contracts in the technology service industry.

Under the background of high-quality economic development and the Dual-Carbon goals, corporate Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) has gradually become a hot topic in the market. With the rapid development of internet technology, social media, as an emerging platform for public opinion supervision, has become an important force affecting ESG information disclosure. This paper reviews the literature from the past five years on media attention, social media, and ESG. It summarizes the impact of social media on the quality of corporate ESG disclosure and its influencing mechanisms. We find that social media mainly promotes ESG information disclosure through three mechanisms: supervision and constraint, information transmission, and technological innovation. This paper also summarizes the limitations of existing research and provides an outlook for future studies.

This paper takes A-share listed companies from 2010 to 2023 as the sample to empirically test the impact of public data openness on the new quality productivity of enterprises. The research finds that the policy of public data openness significantly promotes the development of new quality productivity of enterprises. This policy functions through promoting enterprise digital transformation, reducing innovation costs, and facilitating urban digital economic development and regional collaborative innovation, etc., and its effect is more prominent in small and medium-sized enterprises, capital-intensive enterprises, and technology-intensive enterprises.

As the most dynamic and promising economic entities and innovation carriers in Xuchang’s market economy, technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have long faced the real challenges of “difficult, expensive, and slow financing,” which severely hinders their high-quality development. This paper analyzes the development overview and financing environment of technology-based SMEs in Xuchang, summarizes the f inancing constraints faced by these enterprises, and proposes strategies from the government, financial institutions, and the enterprises themselves to promote the healthy development of technology-based SMEs in Xuchang.

As a vital source of economic vitality and resilience in the national economy, small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) have garnered significant attention from the Party Central Committee and the State Council. In recent years, a strategic direction has been proposed for SMEs to pursue specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative development. At present, local governments across China have prioritized cultivating specialized and refined SMEs as a key driver for high-quality development, improving industrial systems, and building a new development paradigm. This paper reviews the conceptualization and evolution of the “specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative” development philosophy, analyzes the current state of SMEs in Puyang City, identifies existing gaps and challenges, and offers recommendations such as emphasizing planning guidance, strengthening policy support, and optimizing enterprise assistance services. These measures aim to elevate the cultivation of specialized and refined SMEs in Puyang City to a new level and contribute to high-quality economic and social development.

In response to the complex and diverse risks faced by Guizhou agricultural enterprises in international operations, as well as the generally weak internal risk management capabilities, a comprehensive risk identification, assessment, and early warning system construction research is carried out. By drawing on the theoretical framework of integrated risk management, the system identified key risk types at three levels: macro, meso, and micro. Furthermore, this study used factor analysis to comprehensively evaluate and rank various risks based on financial and non-financial indicators. On this basis, a dynamic warning system was constructed that includes information collection, risk monitoring, warning indicators, and response mechanisms. The research has achieved the integration of theory and practice, providing a scientific, systematic, and operable risk management solution for agricultural enterprises in Guizhou. The aim is to help them improve their risk prediction and prevention capabilities, providing guarantees for the stable and sustainable development of their international operations.
